place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">意何。答。释因十四过</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339a15"/><span class="tx">有三。一释不成过。二释不定失。三释相违</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339a16"/><span class="tx">失。上已释初二不成不定。今释第三相违。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339a17"/><span class="tx">此有三。谓一总标相违名。二别列相违名。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339a18"/><span class="tx">三别释四种相违也</span><note place="inline">为言</note> <lb ed="T" n="0339a19"/><span class="tx">疏云。相违義者。谓两宗相返。此之四过不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339a20"/><span class="tx">改他因。能令立者宗成相违。与相违法而</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339a21"/><span class="tx">为因。故名相违因。因得果名名相违也</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339a22"/><note n="0339b05"/><span class="tx">云。声常宗与声无常宗虽相返。然能相违</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b06"/><span class="tx">所相违难定判。今所作性故因。不成本量</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b07"/><span class="tx">常宗。为与常宗相违无常宗。为因能成相</span> <lb ed="T" class="tx">轨师第一解也</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">问意何。答。文轨师释相</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b14"/><span class="tx">违因有二释。即第一释云。问。宗亦乖因。岂</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b15"/><span xml:id="0C1950339b2413"></anchor>意且<anchor n="0339b2414" xml:id="0C1960339b2414"></anchor>付</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b25"/><span class="tx">声常比量。以所作性故因违常宗名因过</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b26"/><span class="tx">者。亦常宗已乖所作因。岂非宗过<anchor n="0339b2615" xml:id="0C1970339b2615"></anchor>乎。若言</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b27"/><span class="tx">宗无<anchor n="0339b2716" xml:id="0C1980339b2716"></anchor>失者。何得名相<anchor n="0339b2717" xml:id="0C1990339b2717"></anchor>言也。其答意云。譬</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b28"/><span class="tx">如言父子相生之时。虽父与子相对名相。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339b29"/><span class="tx">然父能生子子不生父。如此宗因相违之</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c01"/><span class="tx">时。宗与因相对名相。然因能违宗。宗不违</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c02"/><span class="tx">因。故不可例难言也。重意云。问即难不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c03"/><span class="tx">可唯言因失亦可言宗失也。答即避此</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c04"/><span class="tx">难也。次问意云。宗常義已返因所作義。何</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c05"/><span class="tx">只名相违因。不名相违宗言也。其答意云。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c06"/><span class="tx">且＊付一具比量。宗云声常之时过未生。因</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c07"/><span class="tx">言所作性故之时宗常義违所作。故初其失</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c08"/><span class="tx">显。故因言相违。宗不云尔云也。重意云。问</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c09"/><span class="tx">即难何唯名相违因。亦可名相违宗也。答</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c10"/><span class="tx">即避此难也。问。就此義文轨师已作二释。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c11"/><span class="tx">悉避例难。何故慈恩<anchor n="0339c1118" xml:id="0C19A0339c1118"></anchor>嫌此義<anchor n="0339c1119" xml:id="0C19B0339c1119"></anchor>给耶。答。此</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c12"/><span class="tx">例难专不被避。所以者何。宗言常住之时。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c13"/><span class="tx">虽过失未生。因言所作。宗因相形之时。因</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c14"/><span class="tx">违宗故过失即生。例知宗亦违因过失可</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c15"/><span class="tx">生。故用相违即因義之时。犹有此例难。故</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c16"/><span class="tx">嫌也。问。轨师第二释<anchor n="0339c1620" xml:id="0C19C0339c1620"></anchor>如何。答。其文云。又释。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c17"/><span class="tx">如立常为宗。无常返常名为相违。立因为</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c18"/><span class="tx">欲成常住宗。其因乃成无常宗義。与相违</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c19"/><span class="tx">为因。故名相违因也</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">问。何故慈恩不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c20"/><span class="tx">嫌此释。答。与自義同故不嫌。即相违之因</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c21"/><span class="tx">依主释之義也。问。若尔慈恩不立相违即因</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c22"/><span class="tx">義耶。答。古德有二传。即一云亦立。<anchor n="0339c24"/><span class="tx">文云。疏释云与相违法而为因故名相违</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c25"/><span class="tx">因者。義犹未具。<anchor n="0339c2522" xml:id="0C19E0339c2522"></anchor>所以然者。立因之法同</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c26"/><span class="tx">有异无。今此四因同无异有。故名相违。故理</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c27"/><span class="tx">门云。于同有及二在异无是因。翻此名相</span> <lb ed="T" n="0339c28"/><span class="tx">违。此论亦云。此因唯于异品中有。是故相</span> <lb n="0340c18"/><span class="tx">宗云因违宗也。然以此義不名相违因。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0340c19"/><span class="tx">以不成常宗为与常宗相违无常宗为</span> <lb ed="T" n="0340c20"/><span class="tx">因名相违因。为常宗遂是非因。何名相违</span> <lb ed="T" n="0340c21"/><span class="tx">即因耶。问。比量相违不待因喩之<anchor n="0340c2130" xml:id="0C1BD0340c2130"></anchor>失。而</span> <lb ed="T" n="0340c22"/><span class="tx">何云宗违因名比量相违耶。答。其擧宗有</span> <lb ed="T"
